Building Codes and Standards

Canada’s national construction code documents are available online through the National Research Council Canada’s Building Codes and Standards website. The National Research Council Canada also publishes the free online Construction Innovation magazine quarterly to update the construction community about latest in building code developments and other industry news.  

The Alberta Building Code is available for purchase on Alberta’s Ministry of Municipal Affairs website.
