In 2007, the average individual income in the Peace Country Region was $41,080, a 1.7% increase from 2006, but 3.5% less than the provincial average of $42,570 in 2007.  In the same year, average couple income1 in the Peace Country Region was $116,480, a 3.5% increase from the year before, but 7.2% less than the provincial average of $125,485 in 2007.

The percentage of taxfilers that reported an individual gross income over $100,000 was 7.4%, while 43.2% of taxfilers identified as couples reported an income of over $100,000.
