Welcome to the Alberta China Office

The Alberta China Office (ACO) provides professional services to Alberta companies interested in the Chinese market, and to Chinese companies interested in doing business in Alberta.

The Alberta China Office was established in 1999 and is housed within the Canadian Embassy in Beijing. The ACO: 

• Promotes trade and investment opportunities between Alberta and the People's Republic of China.
• Creates a viable business environment for both large and small enterprises.
• Actively seeks cooperation with government and business entities to maximize Alberta's opportunities.

It is one of four offices that together make up the Greater China Team. The other offices are:

• Alberta Shanghai Office
• Alberta Taiwan Office
