Processing times
Please refrain from making status inquiries once you submit an application. Responding to status inquires delays the processing of your application as well as processing of applications of others. Make sure all documentation is complete and included with your application to prevent your application being returned to you or other unnecessary delays. Citizenship and Immigration Canada Processing Times
The above processing times do not include the time it takes Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) to process a Provincial Nominee’s application for permanent residence, which takes place at a Canadian visa office outside of Canada. If you are accepted by the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program as a Provincial Nominee, you will then be instructed on which CIC visa office you must send your application for permanent residence.
Please visit the CIC website, for the processing times of Provincial Nominee permanent residence applications at the Canadian visa offices.
We are unable to provide status updates once you submit an application. Responding to status inquires delays the processing of your application as well as processing of applications of others.
