Alberta has a very good health care system. When you are sick or injured, you should seek treatment as soon as possible.

Health Link provides free health information and advice. At any time of the day or night, you can talk to a registered nurse on the phone or find information on a Health Link website.

If you have a health-related question or would like to discuss a medical problem with a registered nurse, call Health Link at:

• 1-866-408-5465 toll-free from elsewhere in Alberta.

This telephone service is free and confidential. If you need an interpreter, Health Link can arrange for it.

There are three Health Link websites. Health Link websites provide:

• Information on a wide range of health topics.
• Information about health services and programs in Alberta.
• Links to service and physician directories in Alberta.
