If you are interested in working in Alberta while studying, you will need to get a work permit for students.
International students may legally work while attending school in Alberta. No work permit is required to work on campus. If you are attending a post-secondary institution that is part of the Off Campus Work Permit Program, you may be able to obtain an off-campus work permit.
